These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website como.life (“Website”) operated by QF Apparels Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1095810-K) (“COMO”, “the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing, browsing, or conducting any transaction through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue all use of the Website immediately.

COMO reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any revisions will take effect upon their publication on the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of all changes.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, “User”, “Customer”, or “you” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Website. “Products” refer to all items available for purchase on the Website. “Services” refer to any features, functionalities, or operations provided by COMO through the Website. “Content” refers to all text, images, graphics, videos, designs, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Website.

General Conditions of Use

The Website may be used solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations. You shall not misuse the Website in any way, including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent behaviour, attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, interfering with security features, exploiting website vulnerabilities, uploading harmful or malicious code, or engaging in any behaviour that disrupts Website functionality or compromises data integrity.

COMO reserves the absolute right to deny access, suspend, or terminate any User’s access to the Website if we believe, in our sole discretion, that a violation of these Terms has occurred or if such action is necessary to protect the Company’s interests, website security, or other Users.

Product Information and Representation

While COMO endeavours to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing information posted on the Website are accurate, such information may contain errors, typographical inaccuracies, or omissions. Colours of products may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and display capabilities of the User’s device. COMO does not warrant that product representations will be perfectly accurate, current, or error-free.

All Products displayed are subject to availability, and COMO reserves the right to discontinue or modify any Product, pricing, or promotional offering without prior notice and without liability to the Customer.

Formation of Contract

Submitting an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products in accordance with these Terms. Such an offer shall only be deemed accepted when COMO issues an official order confirmation via email. Until such confirmation is issued, the Company is not obliged to supply any Products and shall not be held liable for any reliance placed on the submitted order.

COMO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases where Product availability is insufficient, pricing errors occur, fraudulent activity is suspected, or incomplete or inaccurate information has been provided by the Customer. In such circumstances, COMO may cancel the order and, where applicable, refund any payment received.

Pricing, Payment and Billing

All prices displayed on the Website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may be subject to change without prior notice. Payments for online purchases may be made through ToyyibPay or Atome, depending on the Customer’s preferred method. Instalment payments made through Atome are subject to Atome’s own terms, conditions, approval processes, interest-free arrangements, and billing practices. By selecting Atome as a payment method, the Customer acknowledges that the instalment contract is directly between the Customer and Atome. COMO does not control, influence, or assume liability for Atome’s approval decisions, payment deductions, penalties, fees, or any obligations arising from Atome’s service.

COMO does not store or retain any credit card, debit card, or instalment-related payment details. In the event of any payment issue, dispute, or error related to Atome, the Customer is responsible for contacting Atome directly.

Shipping and Delivery

Upon successful payment, COMO will proceed with the fulfilment of your order and arrange delivery through appointed courier partners. Delivery timelines provided on the Website or communicated by customer service are estimates only and may vary depending on logistical factors beyond the Company’s control, including courier operational delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen disruptions.

Risk of loss, damage, or delay shall transfer to the Customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided is complete and accurate. COMO shall not be liable for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be governed strictly by the COMO Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By making a purchase, the Customer agrees to be bound by all conditions outlined in the Return & Refund Policy. COMO reserves the right to amend the Return & Refund Policy at its discretion and to reject any request that fails to comply with the applicable requirements.

Promotions, Campaigns and Vouchers

COMO may offer promotional campaigns, discounts, vouchers, and other incentives from time to time. Such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including validity periods, usage limitations, and product eligibility. COMO reserves the right to verify compliance, refuse redemption, or cancel any order suspected of misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, and COMO shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such changes.

User Accounts

Any activity conducted through the User’s account shall be deemed authorised by the User. COMO’s total liability, in any circumstance and for any claim whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the relevant purchase.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COMO, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or any actions undertaken using your account.
